Finding an Enclosure allows you to search our indexes and databases to find the enclosure award and/or map you want. The four searches available to you are:
Browse by place-name - select a place-name to find out more about an area and what enclosure awards and/or maps are available for it, then view the images or link to the Awards Index Search.
Browse by map - zoom in from a county map of Berkshire to see a digitally marked-up 1st edition 6 inch Ordnance Survey map showing the areas affected by each enclosure, then link to the database and view the images.
Search Awards Index - search an index to all the awards for a keyword, place-name, or award reference, then view the images.
