Colnbrook

The small former market town and ancient borough of Colnbrook was situated in parts of four parishes : Horton, Iver and Langley Marish, all historically in Buckinghamshire, and Stanwell, Middlesex. It is five miles from Windsor, on the main road from London. It lies on the River Colne. There were two weekly markets and up to four fairs annually. See also Langley Marish for details.
